Is Ariel Laundry Sanitiser safe for all fabrics?
This laundry sanitiser will not discolour fabrics and can be used on most everyday fabrics and some delicates.

Does Ariel Laundry Sanitiser kill all bacteria and viruses?
Ariel laundry sanitiser kills 99.9% of bacteria and viruses* from your laundry even at low temperatures. Please follow usage instructions on back of pack. In wash usage kills 99.9% of bacteria. Our laundry cleanser meets British Standards BS EN 1276 : 2019 and EN 14476 : 2013 + A2 2019.

Will Ariel Laundry Sanitiser eliminate odours?
Yes, Ariel Laundry Sanitiser will eliminate odour causing bacteria.

Ariel Laundry Sanitiser does not contain chlorine bleach.

Can I use Ariel Laundry Sanitiser with detergent & or stain removers?
Yes, Ariel Laundry Sanitiser is a laundry additive to kill 99.9% of bacteria during the rinse cycle. Therefore, you can use your preferred detergent and stain remover and wash as normal.

Can I use Ariel Laundry Sanitiser with fabric conditioner?
Yes, Ariel Laundry Sanitiser can be used with your preferred fabric conditioner.

What preservative is used in the Ariel Laundry Sanitiser?
Laurylamine Dipropylenediamine. Per 100g contains: 1.2g of Didecyldimethylammonium Chloride.

Is Lenor Steamer & Ironing Water safe for all fabrics?
Lenor Steamer & Ironing Water is safe for all fabrics. However please ensure the fabric is appropriate for the iron/steamer being used via the garment care tag.

Is Lenor Steamer & Ironing Water safe to use in my iron/steamer?
Check iron's user manual to ensure compatability between the product and the iron. Suitable for steam irons*.
*Not recommended for steam generator irons.
Ensure the iron or steamer is switched off and cool before pouring into the reservoir. Do not dilute the product. Discard any leftover liquid but do not pour it back into the bottle.

Lenor Crease Release is safe for all colourfast washable fabrics. If you’re unsure about the fabric, we suggest testing an inside seam for colourfastness. Always wash the garment according to care tag instructions.

Will Lenor Crease Release eradicate the need for ironing?
Lenor Crease Release will help reduce the number of creases in your clothes and you may feel ironing is not necessary. You will get a more perfect result if you briefly iron the garment.
